More complete diagnostic records and evidence are available locally on the build machine (not published), at repository-relative path components/collision-guard-node/build/docs/com.example.stig.components.collision-guard-node--model-check-results.json.
Functions and interactions
The collision guard node detects obstacles in camera images received through inputStream and publishes brake_request through brakeRequest when an obstacle is detected in the forward travel corridor.
Safety mechanisms
Proposes input plausibility and frame-continuity checks to support the obstacle-stop decision. Their limits and the independent camera-and-lidar design are tracked in design issue #1.
